UK postal strike 8th – 10th July

8 July 2009 210 No Comment

Royal Mail has announced that postal workers intend to go on strike within London from Wednesday 8th July to Friday 10th July.

Ebay recommends buyers and sellers using Royal Mail services within London should be aware of potential delays in delivery of mail (only mail originating from or being delivered to London will be affected, all other UK mail delivery will not affected)

We recommend that eBay sellers notify their customers that there will likely be delays to their purchases arriving. Expect a minimum of two to three days delay for mail in London although it may well take until the following week for services to resume to normal.
