Positive CT Scan Results for Felipe Massa

This morning Felipe Massa underwent a CT scan, which had a positive outcome. The driver was awake for some time and is now resting in the intensive care unit of Budapest’s AEK Hospital.
Felipe Massa underwent a operation yesterday afternoon, and his condition remained stable aftwerwards, with no further complications throughout the night.
The CT scan today is hoped to provide the more detailed insight.

please i will write the report which i received from my doctor for my case and i need the answer and the solution
non contrast axial& coronal ct scan of the paranasal sinuses revealed
findings:
1- the bilateral ethmoid air cells are partially opacified by virtue of inflammatory tissue
2- the left maxillary antrum is the seat of mild parietal mucosal thickening while the right antrum show minimal partial mucosal thickening
3- bony defect is noted along medial wall of right maxillary antrum, antrostomy.
4- both osteomeatal complexes appear obstructed
5- hypertrophied inferior nasal turbinates
6- deviated nasal septum with subsequent encroachment upon left nasal cavity
7- relatively swollen nasopharyngeal soft tissue.

please i need th comment for this subject and the solution as i tried all type of midicines and antibiotics but no useless
