LAS VEGAS — CSC (NYSE: CSC), a leading global provider of IT services, cloud computing and cyber security today announced that it is extending its current technology alliance with Symantec to help accelerate the delivery of a full suite of CSC’s trusted cloud services. As part of CSC’s program of partners to bring digital trust to the cloud, CSC will now provide Symantec Hosted Services, in addition to Symantec security products for businesses and government agencies worldwide.

Together, CSC and Symantec will provide enterprise clients with comprehensive, world-class cloud-based security solutions and services. Building on their existing global strategic alliance, CSC and Symantec will deliver solutions that meet enterprise and government security requirements effectively, especially as more applications and data move to the cloud to take advantage of faster implementation, enhanced security and lower costs.
