The luxury two and a half hectare development offers the very best in coastal living and is located on the stunning Links golf course that runs alongside Wollongong’s City Beach. M+P’s design for this flagship development has raised the bar for the design of three tier seniors living developments by combining high quality independent living with a state of the art on-site care facility.

The $90million ‘Links Seaside’ resort includes 154 independent living apartments and 113 aged care units, 40 serviced apartments, an impressive port cochere and entrance, substantial lobby and lounge areas, a luxurious restaurant and bar, day spa and lap pool and hydrotherapy pool, a library and spectacular fully landscaped gardens. M+P’s design also added an additional 38 apartments and improved the project’s overall feasibility.
