Ulf Wokurka new head of Deutsche Bank in Kazakhstan
Frankfurt am Main / Almaty — Ulf Wokurka (47) is Head of Deutsche Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Chief Country Officer). The position became the first July 2010 newly created, Mr. Wokurka assume the functions in the country for the first September 2010.
Ulf Wokurka the responsibility of the city of Almaty from all the business of Deutsche Bank in Kazakhstan and will report to Peter Tils function, CEO for Central and Eastern Europe.
Wokurka has 20 years experience in the financial industry, including 16 years at Deutsche Bank in various management positions in corporate banking, investment banking and asset management. In addition to stations in London and New York was a focus of his activities in Central and Eastern Europe, where he established, among other things, the first Representative Office of Deutsche Bank in Central Asia. Wokurka exercises today from a number of mandates in Kazakhstan’s economic institutions.
