FTSE and Dow Jones index rally ahead of bail-out plans

The FTSE 100 (FTSE) and the Dow Jones index (DJI) showed strong signs of recovery on Wednesday.
The FTSE 100 opened up 64 points (1.4%) and speeded ahead upto 4,994.74. The Dow Jones opened 6.13 points up and pushed upto 10,868.90 points. With quarter 3 over which resulted in the sharp down turn at the end, the beginning to quarter 4 is looking more positive.

With Oil falling by more than $3 a barrel it is currently not performing the best nevertheless Cairn Energy (LSE:CNE.L) added 0.87% while the BG Group added 1.88%.
Among the top perofmring sectors today were Industrial Metals, Travel & Leisure and Mining.
