CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Symetra Life Insurance Company to license two software products to improve the management of distributor payment and performance tracking and to streamline processes in its annuities business.

Symetra will deploy CSC’s PerformancePlus, a compensation management system, to measure and manage the performance of its national network of distributors. Symetra will also implement AWD, which will eliminate manual tracking systems and paper-based workflows in annuities processing. AWD is a business process management system from DST Technologies, Inc., that CSC offers to the insurance industry. These applications will be integrated with the CSC policy administration systems (CyberLife and VANTAGE-ONE) in use by Symetra.
