CSC Names Ken Deutsch Account Executive for DoD Cyber
FALLS CHURCH, Va. CSC (NYSE: CSC) has named Kenneth “Ken” W. Deutsch account executive, Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber, for its North American Public Sector (NPS) Defense Group. Reporting to Austin Yerks, president of the Defense Group for NPS, Deutsch will serve as CSC’s executive liaison to all DoD Cyber Commands.
Deutsch will play a key role as part of CSC’s Cyber High Growth Market Segment (HGMS) and help leverage the company’s deep and comprehensive cyber expertise and experience to establish and maintain information dominance for the U.S. warfighter. In addition, he will be responsible for growing CSC’s DoD cyber business while helping to ensure our nation’s ability to operate, fight and win in the cyber environment. Deutsch will also continue to serve as vice president of the Information Dominance business area in CSC’s NPS Defense Group.

Deutsch, a retired rear admiral in the U.S. Navy, joined CSC in 2009 following a distinguished naval career with more than 20 years of senior management experience at the highest levels of government. He has expansive knowledge of industry and federal government operations, budgeting, and acquisition processes and procedures. In addition, Deutsch has broad experience in building initiatives related to procurement, operations and maintenance of cybersecurity, networks, information technology, communications and decision support systems.
Deutsch received his commission in 1978 through the Aviation Reserve officer Candidate Program. He was designated a naval flight officer in 1979.
