Staples Center have made announcements for the Michael Jackson Memorial. They have strongly recommended that all ticket holders arrive early as possible, as the doors will close at 9.45am sharp.

Street Closures

Due to the numerous street closures around STAPLES Center and Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE, please plan accordingly and arrive early. The following street closures will be in effect:

• Figueroa Street between Olympic Blvd and Pico Blvd
• Flower Street between Olympic Blvd and Pico Blvd
• Cherry Street between Olympic Blvd and Pico Blvd
• 11th Street/Chick Hearn Court between Blaine Street and Flower Street

Parking

Due to existing street closures, L.A. LIVE lots will not be accessible to non-credentialed and non-working guests. More than 16,000 parking spaces are available within a seven to ten minute walk to the district. These lots are privately owned and operated. Rates and hours of operation in these lots vary and are controlled by private management of the individual lots.

Tickets/Wristbands

Guests must be in possession of BOTH a valid ticket and wearing a valid wristband to enter the secure perimeter at L.A. LIVE and gain entry into the appropriate venue.

Door Time

Entrances to both venues open at 8:00 AM.

Flowers/Gifts

Flowers and gifts will be collected and security-screened prior to entry. Guests must submit items at the collection point. The collection table is located at the Star Plaza Entrance (Chick Hearn Court and Figueroa Street). No outside deliveries will be accepted.

Venue Policies

Please visit our Guest Services page for information on venue policies and our Guest Services Code of Conduct. All guests will be security screened prior to entry. Non-professional cameras with lenses less than 3.5? and without flash will be permitted in the venues. Signs must be smaller than 11?x17? and are subject to approval by venue management.

Memorial Service

The service will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Doors to the venue will close at 9:45 AM.

Concessions

Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available inside both venues from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM. No outside food or beverage items are permitted in the venues.
